Our admission counselling and guidance services are provided completely free of charge to students. Admission Goal does not levy any direct fees, registration charges, or consultation fees on students or their families for our advisory services. Accordingly, questions of refund do not arise in connection with our primary consultancy services.
01 Nature of Our Services
Admission Goal operates as a free-of-cost education consultancy for students. We:
- Provide university shortlisting and course guidance at no charge to the student.
- Assist with documentation, application coordination, and counsellor support — all free of charge.
- Do not collect any money from students or parents in exchange for our guidance or introductory services.
Any university application fees, admission fees, tuition fees, or registration charges are payable directly to the respective university and are governed solely by that institution's own fee and refund policies.
02 University Fees — Not Our Responsibility
Admission Goal acts as a facilitating intermediary between students and universities. We have no control over, and accept no liability for, any fees charged by universities including:
- Application or processing fees
- Admission confirmation deposits
- Tuition fees, hostel fees, or examination fees
- Scholarship deduction reversals
All queries regarding refunds or cancellations of university-imposed fees must be addressed directly with the respective university's admissions or finance office. We are happy to assist you in connecting with the right department, but the refund decision rests entirely with the institution.
03 Cancellation of Enquiry / Service Request
If you have submitted an enquiry form on our website and wish to withdraw your request or discontinue engagement with our counsellors, you may do so at any time by:
- Sending an email to contact@admissiongoal.com with your name and registered phone number.
- Requesting your counsellor directly to close your case.
There are no penalties or charges for cancelling your enquiry or discontinuing our free counselling service at any stage.
04 Data Deletion Upon Cancellation
Upon receipt of a cancellation request, we will:
- Cease all follow-up communications within 2 business days.
- Remove your contact details from our active outreach lists immediately.
- Retain records for a minimum statutory period as required by applicable law, after which your data will be permanently deleted.

05 Future Paid Services
In the event that Admission Goal introduces any paid premium services or value-added products in the future, a specific refund and cancellation policy will be published for those services at the time of their launch. Any such policy will be clearly communicated prior to purchase and will comply with applicable consumer protection laws in India.
06 Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
